"Joseph Mallozzi has a wordpress account, and occasionally he posts episode breakdowns; things that happen behind the scenes - concept art, discarded script dialogue, explanations of why they chose to do things the way they did.
The Broken Ties Breakdown, however, has yielded some amazing, discarded McShep dialogue.
So I thought I’d make gifs using the dialogue we never got”

Little Jack Horner’s Corner Market and Bakery, a grocery store for Dragon Valley
"Stick in Your Thumb and Pull Out a Plum!"
Yes, another lot for Dragon Valley. Only a few more to go before I’m ready to play it.
Anyway, this 20x20 lot was built on the location of the bistro rabbithole, which I no longer need since l’m putting the bistro rabbithole rug on the Cat & Fiddle Tavern Lot I uploaded recently.
This little market features a grocery rabbithole rug, plus a WA food register and Savvy Seller displays that sell decorative foodstuffs and edible pastries and sandwiches by ATS. Wen your Sim purchases the pastry, it goes into their inventory. You can then direct them eat it, while seated or while standing. They can also buy produce or ready meals from the register.
The lot also has an espresso machine for self-serve coffee, and veggie market stalls from the Al Fresco Market venue.
SN, UL and Pets
Dragon Valley, Midnight Hollow for the Savvy Sellers stuff and for wallpaper.
Stones Throw Greenhouse (just for the signs and the wall art, so you can get away without it.)
Grocery store rabbithole rug by Jynx
Mini fence by Traelia
Bakery set 2 (Edible items, deco bread and baguette)
Savvy Sellers versions of the bakery display and grocery shelves
Note: I tried using the cardboard boxes for the edible stuff in the display case, but putting the baked goods on the cardboard in the display made only the box buyable and not the food that was placed on it, so I had to set them in the display without the box to be usable.
From the Grocery Store Sets (go to all three pages of grocery store stuff)
Tea boxes, coffee, jam, flour, sugar, grocery wall signs, state prices, baskets
Medieval Decor from Khany Sims: vegetable crate and water pitcher
Wood, Fabric, Knit and Wool patterns by Simlicious.
From the EA Store:
Oh, I noticed while taking screenshots that I neglected to paint the ceiling…I fixed that before exporting the lot, so there will be a wood ceiling.
Like every respectable villainous scientist, Dr. Inajar has his own Igor! …Whose name is actually Bruce, but what’s the point in arguing.
Did he just throw that rubber ducky at Bruce?
marasims said: You don’t have to wait, just spawn her via teleporter. Dead sims can be found under Default… , just make sure that you keep the game paused while you go through her inventory ;-) After that, use the teleporter to clear her out of the lot.
Thank you, that worked perfectly! :D
one of the things about Moffat is he’s not a particularly brave writer, is he?
actions have no consequences, nobody dies in a way that’s not gently in their beds unless they come back two minutes later, the Doctor himself can’t get his hands dirty and commit genocide because …
marasims answered: Try summoning them with Sim Blender or other mod, making them selectable and checking their inventory? It worked with one of my sims.
Thank you, I’ll wait until she starts haunting and try that.
simtasticalmetropolisnoir answered: I think that the stuff in her inventory will be moved to another sim on the lot?
It didn’t for some reason, is it supposed to? Her owned businesses were transferred but that’s it. :/
I just had an elder sim die with her inventory full of stuff I actually need. Does anyone know if there’s a way to get the stuff back without resurrecting her, and whether it will even still be there if I do?
